Care
Caring for your Great Lengths Extensions is just like your normal hair care because it is human hair!
"They wash, blowdry, and curl better than my real hair"

After your initial application, do not shampoo for two days. This allows the bonds to fully cure and solidify with the natural hair base. After this initial period, you may do all of the things that you do in your normal hair routine.
Here are some suggestions about how to prolong the Great Lengths Extensions;
- When drying your hair, it is best to wrap with a towel to absorb water instead of an aggressive scrubbing action.
- Brush your Great Lengths once a day with a recommended brush from the nape up.
- Pull Great Lengths into a soft hair tie while sleeping, to prevent tangling.
- Keep curling irons, flat irons and hot rollers adequate distance from the Great Lengths bonds.
- Avoid extended exposure to constant damp environments (aerobics, steam baths, saunas, etc.) may lessen the longevity of Great Lengths.
Some extension loss is normal and should be expected. Average client losses their own hair at a rate of actually 50 to 100 strands per day. You can expect to see a small quantity of naturally-released hairs trapped in the attachments after some time. This is normal and should not be interpreted as strands being pulled out of the scalp by the extensions themselves. Daily brushing close to the scalp and finger separation of the applied strands will avoid matting in this area.
